TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong> \u2013 these Terms and ConditionsCLIENT <\/strong>\u2013 a natural person with full legal capacity who places an Order.CONSUMER <\/strong>\u2013 a Customer who is a natural person using the Store for purposes not related to their business activity.BUSINESS CUSTOMER<\/strong> \u2013 a Customer operating a business.CONTRACT <\/strong>\u2013 a sales contract concluded between the Service Provider and the Customer.STORE <\/strong>\u2013 the online service available at www.eterna-link.com<\/a>ORDER <\/strong>\u2013 a declaration of intent by the Customer specifying the type and quantity of goods.QR PLAQUE<\/strong> \u2013 an aluminum plaque with an engraved, unique QR code.APPLICATION <\/strong>\u2013 a digital system accessible by scanning the QR code, enabling management of the profile.PROFILE <\/strong>\u2013 a space within the Application linked to a specific QR Plaque.CUSTOMIZATION <\/strong>\u2013 individual engraving of the QR code on the Plaque according to the Customer’s specifications<\/p>\n\n

\u00a7 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS <\/h2>\n\n

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Online Store operated by the Service Provider.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The object of the Service Provider’s business is the sale of QR Plaques along with access to the Application that allows management of the Profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Every Customer making a purchase is required to read and accept the Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Placing an Order constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The Store offers QR Plaques in two variants: Standard and Premium.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. The purchase of a QR Plaque includes lifetime access to the Application (for the duration of the service).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
