What does the order include?
Each order includes:
Access to a unique online profile that can be filled with information, photos, and memories related to a person, place, or object.
A 6×6 cm plaque made of high-quality material, engraved with a QR code.
The code links directly to the dedicated profile, allowing easy sharing of memories.
Comments
Anyone who scans the QR code can leave a comment — but only if you give consent in your profile settings. You can also disable this feature entirely. Each comment must be approved in the notifications section of your profile.
Memories
Memories is a feature that allows you to write a memory related to a person, place, or object. With Eterna-link, you can create a unique memory that will be accessible via a QR code on a plaque.
Of course, you must give consent to publish the memory in your profile settings. You can also disable it at any time.
Time Capsule – What is it?
Time capsule is a feature that allows you to leave a message for your loved ones. You can choose either a private or public capsule. A private capsule will only be accessible after entering a PIN code, which will be sent via email to the people you select. A public capsule will become available after the time period you choose.
Family Tree – What is it?
The family tree is a feature that lets you visualize kinship and relationships between family members. With Eterna-link, you can create a unique digital family tree, where you can connect with other Eterna-link profiles. Simply enter the relationship and an access code to link profiles together.
How long does it take to process an order?
Order processing takes 8 to 12 business days.
We do our best to deliver the product as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.
