The website www.eterna-link.com is operated by D&M 2k25, with its registered office at Święty Marcin 29/8, 61-806 Poznań, Poland, NIP: 7831922728, REGON: 540913952, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Service Provider’.
The Service Provider has designated an electronic contact point: info@eterna-link.com. You can also contact the Service Provider in writing at its address or by phone at +49 152 01494800 (working hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM on business days).
§ 1. DEFINITIONS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – these Terms and Conditions
CLIENT – a natural person with full legal capacity who places an Order.
CONSUMER – a Customer who is a natural person using the Store for purposes not related to their business activity.
BUSINESS CUSTOMER – a Customer operating a business.
CONTRACT – a sales contract concluded between the Service Provider and the Customer.
STORE – the online service available at www.eterna-link.com
ORDER – a declaration of intent by the Customer specifying the type and quantity of goods.
QR PLAQUE – an aluminum plaque with an engraved, unique QR code.
APPLICATION – a digital system accessible by scanning the QR code, enabling management of the profile.
PROFILE – a space within the Application linked to a specific QR Plaque.
CUSTOMIZATION – individual engraving of the QR code on the Plaque according to the Customer’s specifications
§ 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Online Store operated by the Service Provider.
- The object of the Service Provider’s business is the sale of QR Plaques along with access to the Application that allows management of the Profile.
- Every Customer making a purchase is required to read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Placing an Order constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
- The Store offers QR Plaques in two variants: Standard and Premium.
- The purchase of a QR Plaque includes lifetime access to the Application (for the duration of the service).
§ 3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Requirements necessary for placing Orders:
- Internet connection
- Web browser with JavaScript and Cookies enabled
- An active email account
- A monitor with a minimum resolution of 360×640 px (phones), 768×1024 px (tablets), 1366×768 px (computers)
Requirements for using the Application:
- A device capable of scanning QR codes
- Internet access
- A browser with multimedia support (capable of playing MP4, JPEG, PDF files)
In the event that the hardware does not meet the technical requirements, the Service Provider does not guarantee the proper functioning of the system.
§ 4. PLACING ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
- Orders are placed via the form on the website www.eterna-link.com
- Product information constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
- Order placement process:
- Selection of product and variant (Standard/Premium)
- Providing contact information and delivery address
- Selecting the payment and delivery method
- Confirming the order by clicking the ‘Order and Pay’ button
- The confirmation of the order sent to the Customer’s email constitutes the conclusion of the contract.
- All prices are stated in PLN and EUR and include VAT.
- Payments are processed via Stripe/PayPal/Tpay.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfers, payment cards, and other methods available through the payment service.
- If the payment is not received within 48 hours, the order will be canceled.
§ 5. DELIVERY
- Delivery is carried out exclusively by courier companies.
- Delivery area: Poland, EU, UK, UA
- The delivery cost is calculated during the order placement.
- Estimated delivery time: 8–12 business days
- Information about product availability and processing time is provided during the ordering process.
- In the event the product is unavailable, the Customer will be notified within 14 days.
- If the shipment is not collected, it will be stored for 14 days at the Customer’s expense and risk.
§ 6. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal for Consumers:
- A Customer who is a Consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- EXCLUSION: QR plaques are personalized products (individually engraved QR codes) and, in accordance with Article 38, point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act, ARE NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN.
Return policy (non-personalized products):
- The withdrawal statement must be submitted in writing to the Service Provider’s address or by e-mail: info@eterna-link.com
- The goods must be returned in an undamaged condition within 14 days.
- The Customer bears the cost of the return.
- The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement.
Personalized products:
- The Service Provider is responsible for delivering a product that conforms to the contract and is free from defects
- Complaints regarding damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment
- A complaint can be submitted:

- In writing to the Service Provider’s address
- The complaint should include:
- Customer details and order number
- Description of the problem/defect
- Photographic documentation (if applicable)
- Customer’s request
- Customer details and order number
- Complaints are processed within 14 days
- The Customer will receive a written response to the complaint.
- In the case of a justified complaint, the Service Provider may:
§ 8. USE OF THE APPLICATION
Access to the Application:
- Purchasing a QR Plaque grants lifetime access to the Application
- Access is activated by scanning the QR code.
- Each QR code is unique and non-transferable.
Application features:
- Managing the Profile linked to the Plaque.
- Adding data, photos, videos, and information.
- Access to standard or premium features (depending on the purchased variant).
- AI features (generating images, sounds) – based on third-party libraries.
Usage rules:
- It is prohibited to post content that is illegal.
- Offensive, pornographic, or violent content is prohibited.
- Advertising or commercial activity is prohibited.
- The Service Provider has the right to moderate and remove inappropriate content.
AI Features and Limitations:
- AI features may be temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons.
- In case of prolonged issues, premium users will receive compensation.
- The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of external features.
§ 9. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Rights to the Application and Store:
- All content in the Store and the Application is protected by copyright.
- Copying or distributing content without the Service Provider’s consent is prohibited.
- Copyright infringement will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 10,000 for each violation.
Content submitted by Clients:
- Clients retain full copyright to the content they submit.
- Clients guarantee that they hold the rights to the materials they submit.
- Clients are responsible for any infringement of third-party rights.
- The Service Provider acts solely as a technical provider of the platform.
§ 10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
- Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Privacy Policy.

- Data is stored on servers located in the EU (Frankfurt).
- Clients have the following rights:
- Access to their data
- Rectification of data
- Deletion of data
- Data portability
- Restriction of processing

§ 11. LIABILITY
The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
- Improper use of the QR Plaque by the Client
- Errors resulting from incorrect data entry
- Service interruptions caused by external factors
- Actions of third-party providers supplying AI technologies
- Damages resulting from force majeure
Technical Breaks:
- The Service Provider reserves the right to perform maintenance work.
- Users will be informed in advance about scheduled outages.
- Interruptions longer than 72 hours may result in compensation for premium users.
Limitation of Liability:
- The Service Provider’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
- Liability for indirect damages and lost profits is excluded.
§ 12. OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Consumers may use:

Proceedings before a permanent consumer arbitration tribunal

- The Service Provider undertakes to participate in mediation proceedings.
§ 13. AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATIONS
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Regulations.
- Customers will be informed of any changes 14 days in advance via email.
- Failure to accept the changes entitles the Customer to terminate the agreement.
- Changes take effect 14 days after notification.
- Orders placed before the changes will be fulfilled under the existing terms.
§ 14. FINAL PROVISIONS
- Invoices (VAT) are issued for sold products (by email or with the shipment).
- The applicable law is Polish law.
- Disputes shall be resolved by Polish courts competent for the Service Provider’s registered office.
- In consumer matters, the court’s jurisdiction is determined according to the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
- The Regulations do not limit consumers’ rights arising from mandatory legal provisions.
- If any provision of the Regulations conflicts with the law, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
- The Regulations come into effect on the date of their publication on the Store’s website.
